Take all your worries, stress, and negativity, and hand them over to the universe to take care of. You will feel lighter and breathe easier!

1. In the box to the right (or below), type ALL the things that are bothering you, worrying you, or weighing you down right now.

2. Then click the button which says "Clicking This, I Am Now Totally Free of All These Things and I Feel Light. Aaaaahhh." Believe it, and feel the difference 😉 ...go ahead...

3. This may be the most important step: Be aware that you feel light and relaxed now that the universe is handling your stress and worry for you.

4. Now that you have let all that stuff go, close your eyes and relax for 2-3 minutes or so.
